Causes Of Truck Collisions

Truck crashes are some of the most devastating types of personal injury accidents and they often result in many injured people or severe injuries. Many accidents with trucks that occur are preventable. Some of the factors in many truck-involved accidents can be controlled, such as speed and the amount of rest drivers get before operating a vehicle. Drivers should always exercise caution and be aware of their surroundings so that they can avoid a collision. Many causes of trucking accidents include the following:

  • Poor weather
  • Speeding
  • Aggressive driving
  • Fatigue or sleepiness
